3. Return & Refund Policy
Perishable Goods Policy
In accordance with Nevada health and safety standards, all sales are final. * No Returns: We cannot accept returns of food items once they have been shipped, as we cannot guarantee the temperature control or integrity of the product once it leaves our facility.
- No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for "change of mind" or "flavor preference."
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@lammys.com within 48 hours. We may require photographic evidence to process a replacement or store credit.

At lammys.com, we take great care in preparing and packing your order. Because we ship from the Nevada desert, we have specific guidelines to ensure your food products arrive in the best possible condition.
1. Processing & Fulfillment
- Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within [2–4] business days.
- Weekend Shipping: To prevent your order from sitting in a non-climate-controlled carrier warehouse over the weekend, we generally do not ship orders on Fridays or Saturdays.
- Peak Season: During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
2. Heat & Weather Sensitivity
Since we are located in Nevada, we monitor temperatures closely.
- Thermal Protection: During summer months (May–September), we may include insulated liners or cold packs at our discretion.
- Shipping Delays: If extreme heat is forecasted (100°F+), we may delay your shipment by 24–48 hours to protect the integrity of the product. We will notify you via email if your order is held for weather safety.
3. Shipping Rates & Carriers

5. Shipping Errors & Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot reship the item (as it is food) and no refund will be issued.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged by the carrier, please take a photo of the box before opening it and contact us at info@lammys.com within 48 hours.
