A a self-taught baker with a heart full of passion and an even bigger sweet tooth. Lammy's was founded in 2020 with the goal of turning out approachable baked goods with an eye towards nostalgia.

A lot of my inspiration comes from family and the past, drawing on classic flavors, traditional recipes, and much-loved childhood treats. But that’s not all Lammy's has to offer. I take that nostalgia and experiment in the kitchen with unexpected combinations, giving traditional recipes a fun and funky twist. Life is too short for anything boring, especially when it comes to dessert!
